To maintain our rapid response network, members must ensure safe site access.
A $75 Trip Fee applies if we cannot access the property. Members must ensure all utilities (water, electric, gas) are on and pets are secured during the visit.
Agreement Architecture
Each Covered Service Visit includes up to 60 minutes of labor for minor plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and door/window adjustments. We focus on minor repairs (generally up to $200 in value) to keep your home functional.
Premium members receive additional allowances for Faucet, Toilet, or Disposal replacements (up to 2 per year) and annual gutter cleaning.
Roofing and structural work are outside maintenance-plan coverage. D&W can assess these needs and handle them separately under an appropriate project agreement, subject to applicable licensing, permits, qualified personnel, and project requirements.
- Major appliance repair (Fridges, Ovens, etc.).
- Permit-required large scale structural changes.
- Hazardous material abatement (Asbestos/Lead/Mold).
- Purely cosmetic upgrades (Painting, Drywall patching, Flooring).
You may cancel this Agreement within three (3) business days of enrollment for a full refund of the enrollment fee, provided no service calls have been made. Otherwise, you may cancel at any time by written notice.
Monthly fees already paid are non-refundable once the Plan Month begins. Coverage is suspended immediately if payment fails. These conditions do not limit cancellation or refund rights provided by applicable law. See the Maintenance Plan Terms for details.

Work outside your plan? Request a separate quote.
Roofing, structural work, and other needs outside maintenance coverage can be discussed and separately quoted where appropriate. Standard members receive a 10% discount and Premium members receive a 20% discount on separately quoted additional projects. The written quote identifies the discount and scope.
